Membership Eligibility

• Members under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• Membership is non-transferable unless approved in writing by the gym management.

Membership Fees & Payments

• Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of membership.
• Any promotional discounts or offers are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing with at least 7 days’ notice.
• No refunds are issued for partial months, unused sessions, or registration fees.
• In case of medical issues, cancellations may be considered with valid documentation.

Gym Rules & Code of Conduct

• Members must check in at the front desk before using any facility.
• Proper workout attire and shoes must be worn at all times.
• Equipment must be used responsibly and returned to its place after use.
• Aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may lead to membership termination.

Health & Safety

• Members are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit before starting any exercise program.
• Health Fit Gym is not liable for any injuries or medical conditions that occur on the premises.
• Emergency contact information must be provided during registration.

Personal Training & Classes

• Personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance.
• Late arrival may reduce your session time.
• Group class schedules are subject to change based on demand or trainer availability.

Liability Waiver

• By using our facility, you agree to waive any claim against Health Fit Gym, its staff, or affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage incurred.
• The gym is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Member data will be used for internal purposes only and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• CCTV is in use on the premises for safety and security.
